Creative Freedom Singing

Introduction
a brief description of the goals and philosophies of Creative Freedom Singing, what to expect and what to aim for.
Warm ups
we use a Laughter Yoga routine, which in our experience is a highly effective and natural way to loosen everyone up and set the tone for a day of fun.
Instructional Games
This is the first round of games and activities designed to get everyone more comfortable singing to each other in gradual steps. Our games are mindfully researched and put together to help everyone overcome their own inhibitions and reservations about public presentation.
Taking Our Time
This is a carefully planned sequence of lessons, designed to help participants to feel more comfortable and at ease taking their time in delivering speeches and performances.
A common subconscious belief which affects our confidence when communicating is the idea that I'm taking up too much of the other person's time. Apart from our intended message, this belief also gets communicated to the other person, through subconscious channels, e.g. body language. The subconscious message they pick up is I'm being imposed upon, which tends to make them feel less at ease, and less able to listen.
One important thing singing can teach us is to take our time, and to frame our ideas and present them with a sense of comfort and even artistry.
More Games and activities
Second round of games and activities with more emphasis on using the teqhniques discussed so far.
Presentations
All participants get an opportunity to show off what they've learned during the course.
