Who is CFS For?
Creative Freedom Singing is for anyone who wants to just sing and enjoy but it's good your communication no matter what your interest is. It's good for public speaking, confidence, interpersonal relationships and good for your health. Here are some examples of how doing a CFS program can be great for your work:
1. Creative Freedom Singing for Public Speakers

For effective public speaking, the more focused on your message and your listeners you are the better. So being self conscious can really get get in the way of your focus. Because Creative Freedom Singing is about non-judgemental singing, it has powerful knock-on effects in every area of your communication, particularly in public performance and public speaking skills.
It really hits the core ... building up one’s confidence and expressing
oneself. I thought it was really phenomenal.
Garry Fitzsimons — Dublin Debating Society
This is because it retrains the direction of your thoughts from self-consciousness to more outward focus, in harmony with your primary medium of vocal expression—your voice.
But is the singing voice relevant to Public Speaking? Absolutely, yes! The singing voice slows down and highlights aspects of pitch, projection, tone, and rhythm, while retraining our thoughts and feelings about the voice, while the CFS training teaches us to slow down our minds, become aware of our inner chatter and gently release it.
This helps public speakers reach some of the main goals in the field:— good vocal projection, good charisma and delivery, good relaxed pace.
